Shipping Policy

At Coastal Homestead, we carefully pack every order to ensure your glass canisters and homeware arrive safely. Below is how we handle shipping, delivery, and dispatch.

1. Processing Times Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

2. Shipping Within New Zealand We ship nationwide using trusted couriers. Delivery timeframes:

• Urban: 2–4 business days
• Rural: 3–7 business days (allow extra time for RD addresses)

Please note: Rural delivery may take longer depending on your location.

3. Packaging & Fragile Items Our glass canisters are packed with protective materials to minimise breakage. If your item arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Breakages Policy for photo/video requirements.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed.

5. Incorrect Addresses Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will apply.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel is delayed, we’ll help follow up with the courier. A parcel is considered “lost” only once the courier confirms it. We cannot refund or replace items until the courier completes their investigation.
