All glass items should be handled with care. Please read product descriptions for any care instructions.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in NZD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with options for a refund or alternative.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information. If we cannot verify your details or contact you, we may cancel or refuse an order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes and details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will assist with courier investigations.

7. Returns, Refunds & Breakages

Our full Returns & Breakages Policy applies to all purchases.

If your glass item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with:

  • A photo of the damage
  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label
  • A short 5–10 second video showing the breakage

This requirement helps protect our small business from fraudulent AI‑generated claims.

Change‑of‑mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose
  • Violating NZ laws or regulations
  • Uploading harmful code or interfering with the website
  • Collecting personal information of others
  • Fraudulent activity

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, branding, product descriptions, and text — is the property of Coastal Homestead. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
